High Acceleration
The brushless motor accelerates this car with almost the double torque than the standard motors. And you can power up this car up to 15V, which is definitely impossible with regular brushed motors...
Braking instead of reversing
Brushed driven cars need to reverse the motor in order to brake. That is of course a huge waste of energy and reduces the lifetime of the motor. A brushless motor is far more efficient, the ESC uses a minor current to block the motor. You even can adjust the braking response with our free and included...
Program Card for Brushless Speed Controller
You can get with this ready to run set a optional programing card for the speed controller. Better yet you can also use the program card to use this ESC in an airplane or helicopter, just change the setup of it. It is so easy....
Reverse drive
Of course the electronic speed controller can reverse the motor - so you can drive backwards. You can program if it directly switches into the reverse mode or if it waits until the car comes to a standstill. You can even set up the Stop position of the radio control, if you want to use another radio to drive the 18T BL. And not only that, but the electronic speed controller also realizes if the wheels are blocked and turn off the motor after some seconds instead of powering it up endlessly.
The Motor
Itself is a 7000KV inrunner. This motors high torque results in tremendous accelerations. And the cooling of the motor is done by himself as you see the propeller shaped inlet at the opposite site of the gear. So the motor gets hardly more than hand warm even in competition usage.
Maintenance free
Yes, that?s what brushless motors are. No more carbon or motor exchanges after a certain time of usage. No more headaches about the fiddling when changing the carbons.
